Robert Mann Pty Ltd (RMPL) is an established provider of mechanical, electrical, structural, and construction engineering solutions. We focus on delivering quality HVAC services to commercial and industrial clients, ensuring efficient service execution and customer satisfaction. Our operations are primarily in the Sydney Metropolitan area, with occasional interstate work.
Role Summary:
The role is a vocational training role with graduating responsibilities based on training modules completed through TAFE and assessed by RMPL supervisor.
1. Standard Duties
- Assist a Service Technician complete regular scheduled maintenance for clients in accordance with their requirements.
- Attend break-down service calls with Service Technician anywhere in the Greater Sydney Metropolitan area (7:30am-4:00pm Monday to Friday) Reasonable overtime may be required.
- Attend TAFE one day per week. Or as directed by the Registered Training Organisation
- Complete works as specified by the assigned Service Technician / Technical Manager.
- Follow instructions.
- Task will be reviewed regularly and new responsibilities added throughout the duration of the apprenticeship.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Always represent RMPL in a professional and ethical manner.
- Adhere to RMPL policies, procedures, SWMS and other WHS directives on site.
- Do not introduce or knowingly expose yourself to undue WHS risk.
- Complete training and assessments as set out by TAFE or RMPL.

Employment Terms & Conditions
- The successful candidate will be employed under an Australian Workplace Agreement (AWA).
- Standard leave entitlements, including four weeks of annual leave, 10 days of sick leave, and long service leave as per Australian employment regulations.
